- 1 egg white
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.

3Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.

4Add nuts and coat thoroughly.

5Place on buttered jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (I use Pam first).

6Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

7Yields 1 pound.

8Good for munching anytime.
