  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Beat egg white slightly.

    Add water, beat until frothy but not stiff.

    Fold in pecans.

    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Add to pecans and mix well.

    Spread on buttered 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
