- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- paprika
Directions

1Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes.

4Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.

5Peel eggs; rinse.

6Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

7With tip of knife, carefully lift out yolks; place in medium bowl.

8Mash yolks with fork.

9Add salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and mustard; mix well.

10Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.

11Sprinkle with paprika.

12Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
