- 8 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 split vanilla bean
Directions

1Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, then let cool, cover and steep overnight.

3Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
