  • 1 15.5 ounce can small red beans, rinsed
  • 1 15.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cup red onion, diced small
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup scallions, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted or a back of tortilla chips
