  • 2 pounds Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
  • 2 bags (16 0z.) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 cans (14 Oz.) Beef Broth
  • 1 envelope (2 Oz.) Beef/Onion Dry Soup Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch Mixed With 1/4 C. Water
  • 1 whole Batch Of Mashed Potatoes Or Noodles

    After ground beef has been browned & drained, place back on stove over medium high heat.

    To this pan, add the mixed vegetables, beef broth, and dry soup mix.

    Let this mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the slurry of cornstarch and water, mixing thoroughly.

    Bring to a light boil again for just a minute or two to thicken.

    Serve over the mashed potatoes or hot cooked noodles.
