  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayonesa con Limon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 8 catfish fillets (4 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Cilantro Pepper Flavored Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup cornmeal

    Mix mayonesa, pepper and onions.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 4 min.

    Lightly brush fish with dressing; coat evenly with cornmeal.

    Add to skillet; cook 3 min.

    on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

    Drain.

    Serve each fillet topped with 1 Tbsp.
