- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 4 green onions, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 8 catfish fillets (4 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Cilantro Pepper Flavored Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup cornmeal
Directions

1Mix mayonesa, pepper and onions.

2Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

3Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 4 min.

4Lightly brush fish with dressing; coat evenly with cornmeal.
