  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 jar Pace medium salsa
  • 7 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 bags nacho chips

    In crock-pot, on low to medium heat, heat cubed cheese.

    Add salsa; cover.

    Cook ground beef and drain.

    Add to crock-pot. Stir together.

    When melted, add Tabasco sauce.
