  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 mango
  • 12 cucumber
  • 12 small red onion
  • 14 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 12 lime

    Heat a grill or frying pan until hot.

    Rub the chicken with olive oil, garam masala and a little salt.

    Cook for 6 minutes on each side or until slightly charred and cooked through.

    Peel and slice the mango into slim wedges.

    Halve the cucumber lengthwise, then slice thickly at an angle.
