- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 2 pieces bread without crusts
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Old Bay
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
Directions

1Tear bread into crumbs and add to crabmeat.

2Add Old Bay, red pepper, black pepper and parsley.

3In side bowl mix Miracle Whip, egg, Worcestershire sauce and slightly less than 1 teaspoon mustard.

4Add to crabmeat.

5Make into 3-inch cakes.

6Put in freezer for 30 minutes.

7Fry in 1/2-inch of hot oil for 5 minutes per side.
