  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon portugese crushed hot peppers
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • Side sauce -
  • 1 small diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup small diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup scallions sliced thin
  • 1 table spoon portugese hot peppers
  • 1 cup diced yellow squash seeded
