- 1 1/2 lb. Healthy Choice ham, ground
- 1 c. basic bread crumbs, finely ground
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients and form into balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball).

2Place balls in oblong sprayed dish.

3Mix remaining ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.

4Pour over ham balls.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour; baste often.
