  • 1 1/2 lb. Healthy Choice ham, ground
  • 1 c. basic bread crumbs, finely ground
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients and form into balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball).

    Place balls in oblong sprayed dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.

    Pour over ham balls.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour; baste often.
