- 2 pounds To 3 Pounds Beef Tenderloin, Roast, Or Other Favorite Cut
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Each Salt, Italian Seasoning, Thyme, Paprika, And Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Each Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, White Pepper, And Ground Red Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Directions

1Place beef in the slow cooker, fatty side on top.

2Pour water over the top.

3Mix together all of the spices, and pour evenly over the top of the beef.

4Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

5Shred and mix with juices before serving.
