- 3 lb. lean pork
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
Directions

1Cut pork into strips.

2Mix all other ingredients and add pork strips; let stand in cool place for 24 hours.

3Cut as much meat as needed for 1 meal into cubes and brown in oil.

4Add chile sauce and simmer 1 hour.

5This meat can be dried and used later.
