- 1 pkg. ocean fillets (vegetable protein fish)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. chili salsa
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt to taste
Directions

1In skillet, heat oil and brown ocean fillets and cut pieces in thirds.

2Add the peppers, onions and garlic.

3Simmer about 2 minutes.

4Add brown rice and salsa.

5Stir carefully, do not break the fillets.

6Simmer about 5 minutes more.
