  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can Campbell's onion soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 gingersnaps

    Cut steak into 6 pieces about 8 x 4-inches.

    Pound with meat hammer.
