- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Diced
- 1/4 cups Onion, Sliced
- 13 cups Celery, Sliced Diagonally
- 1/2 cups Sweet Bell Pepper, Sliced Into Strips
- 2 Tablespoons Sliced Jalapeno
- 1 cup Broccoli, Cut Up
- 1/2 cups Pineapple, Sliced
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 2 cups Bok Choy, Sliced
- Cooked Rice, To Serve
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 drops Chili Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Directions

1In a small bowl whisk together all your ingredients for the sauce; set aside.

2For the stir-fry, in a skillet heat sesame oil with garlic.

3Cook for about 30 seconds then add onions.

4Cook for about 1 minute.

5Add celery and cook for about 2 minutes.

6Add bell pepper and jalapeno and cook for about 2 minutes.

7Add broccoli, pineapple, snow peas and cook for about 2 minutes more.

8Add bok choy and sauce.

9Cook until bok choy has wilted and all the ingredients are covered with the sauce.

10Serve over rice.
