- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp. canned chopped green chili peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- dash of salt
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Directions

1For sauce, place all ingredients except chicken in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan.

2Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.

3Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until mixture reaches brushing consistency.
