  • 1 (No. 10) can spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Add oil to skillet and saute onion and bacon.

    Add salt and vinegar; cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
