- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 11 oz. cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cans artichokes, drained well and chopped
- dash of salt, pepper, seasoned salt and nutmeg
Directions

1Cook spinach just until thawed, then drain.

2Soften cream cheese and blend in butter and lemon juice; pour over spinach. Stir in seasonings and artichokes.

3Pour into buttered casserole dish and cover with foil.

4Punch a few holes in foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
