  • 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cans artichokes, drained well and chopped
  • dash of salt, pepper, seasoned salt and nutmeg

Directions

    Cook spinach just until thawed, then drain.

    Soften cream cheese and blend in butter and lemon juice; pour over spinach. Stir in seasonings and artichokes.

    Pour into buttered casserole dish and cover with foil.

    Punch a few holes in foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
