- 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain and put in 1-quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, onions, salt and pepper.

2Stir into carrots.

3Top with bread crumbs.

4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
