  • 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 24 (4-inch) squares ham
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
