Spinach Artichoke Dip

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
- 1 small can diced green chilies
Directions

1Mix cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, spinach and artichokes.

2Pour into lightly buttered flat pan or pie dish.

3Place under broiler for several minutes, until heated through and top is browned. Serve with tortilla chips.
