  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained thoroughly
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

    Combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Chill 1/2 hour.

    Make small balls, 1-inch.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Don't get too brown!

    Serve hot or warm.
