  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 medium minced onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed; drain thoroughly.

    Melt margarine and mix with spinach.

    Beat eggs and add onion, cheese and seasonings.

    Add to stuffing and spinach.

    Chill overnight.

    Form into balls and bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
