  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix and form into bite-sized balls.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for between 10 and 20 minutes.

    May be frozen, then thawed 1 hour before cooking.

    If freezing, freeze separately then put together.
