Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed.

    Cool.

    Lightly squeeze all water out of spinach.

    Mix all ingredients and form balls.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  6. 6
    These freeze nicely.
