- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- garlic (optional)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain spinach (squeeze dry) and combine with other ingredients.

2Put bowl in freezer until hard enough to roll.

3Roll out into 1-inch balls and put on cookie sheet in freezer.

4After frozen, they can be stored in bags.

5Cook at 350° for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown).
