  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 3/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Mix ingredients with slightly beaten eggs.

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts; bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cool (may then be frozen until needed).

    Warm slightly before serving.
