  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package.

    Drain and squeeze dry. Mix together all ingredients.

    Chill for 2 hours.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
