- 2 oz. bean sprouts
- 3 oz. celery
- egg roll dough
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except dough.

2Cut dough in squares, put ingredients in middle, wrap and tuck in ends.

3Heat oil to 350°. Deep fry egg rolls, turning both sides until golden brown color. Drain excess oil before serving.
