- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Chill for 2 hours. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
