  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 to 4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. cooled melted oleo
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Thaw spinach; beat eggs and combine both with stuffing, etc. Form into balls.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Makes approximately 3 dozen balls.
