- 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
- 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 large chopped onion
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (garlic)
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed on package.

2Drain well and squeeze out all water.

3Mix with stuffing and the other ingredients.

4Mix well and shape into balls.

5Place on a greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Balls may be made ahead and frozen. Bake frozen balls for 25 minutes.
