- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain very well.

2Combine with rest of ingredients.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Roll into balls the size of large marbles.

5Freeze on cookie sheets; remove and store in plastic bag in freezer.

6To serve, bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350° or until lightly browned (7 to 10 minutes, if unfrozen).
