- 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 c. herb stuffing
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Drain spinach, squeezing out as much of the water as possible. Mix all ingredients together and chill 1 hour.

2Shape into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 40 balls.
