- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. packaged herb stuffing
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. thyme to taste
Directions

1Salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme to taste.

2Cook spinach and drain very well.

3Combine all ingredients and roll into balls, using about 1 teaspoon mixture for each.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet.

5Remove from cookie sheet at once and drain on paper towels.

6Serve hot.

7Makes 75 balls.
