Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

    Cook and drain spinach or broccoli.

    Simmer onion in oleo until tender.

    Cool.

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Chill 1 hour or overnight.

    Make into 1-inch balls (about 36).

    Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until set.

    May be frozen and reheated.
