- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach or broccoli.

2Simmer onion in oleo until tender.

3Cool.

4Mix all ingredients together well.

5Chill 1 hour or overnight.

6Make into 1-inch balls (about 36).

7Place on greased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until set.

9May be frozen and reheated.
