Spinach Balls

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain very well.

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

    Roll into balls and freeze.
  4. 4
    To serve, place on cookie sheet, still frozen, and bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Makes approximately 30 balls.
