  • 2 boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Roll up in small balls.

    Place in freezer on cookie sheet for 45 minutes, then take out and place in container.

    Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
