Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Roll into small balls.

    At this point, the balls may be frozen to use at a later date.

    Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.

    Makes 60 to 72 balls.
