  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Chill for several hours. Shape into balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
