  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb seasoned)

Directions

    Thaw spinach and drain well.

    Mix well with all the ingredients.

    Make into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Can be frozen.

    Make balls, put into bags and freeze.

    Yields 70 balls.
