- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb seasoned)
Directions

1Thaw spinach and drain well.

2Mix well with all the ingredients.

3Make into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Can be frozen.

4Make balls, put into bags and freeze.

5Yields 70 balls.
