  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine and simmered with 1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Chill mixture for 1 hour or overnight.

    Remove from refrigerator and roll into small balls (approximately the size of walnuts).

    Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
