- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 large onion, chopped fine and simmered with 1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Chill mixture for 1 hour or overnight.

4Remove from refrigerator and roll into small balls (approximately the size of walnuts).

5Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Serve with toothpicks,
