  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen, thawed
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
