  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. softened butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Freeze on a cookie sheet.

    Place in freezer-type baggies.

    Take out any amount and place on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 60 to 70 balls.
