- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach to package directions.

2Drain.

3In small bowl, lightly beat eggs.

4In large bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, beaten eggs, cheese, butter and salt and pepper.

5Mix thoroughly and roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.

6Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes if frozen, 7 to 10 minutes if unfrozen or until lightly browned. Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
