  • 2 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups herb bread stuffing mix (I use Pepperidge Farms)
  • 2 small onions chopped finely
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon MSG (can omit this)

Directions

    Cook Spinach according to instructions on box. Drain well.

    Mix in all the other ingredients continuing until well mixed.

    Form balls of 1 teaspoon mixture.

    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 until done.

    These freeze well.
