  • 2 bags frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. parmesan cheese
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain. Cream the eggs and butter. Add spinach and rest of dry ingredients.

    Mix and chill 1/2 hour. Shape into balls. Grease cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
