- 2 c. oat flakes
- 2 c. wheat flakes
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 3/4 c. all-bran
- 1 c. unsalted soya nuts
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Add vanilla to oil, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt; mix well.

3a large roasting pan, put the flakes, wheat germ, all-brand, nuts and seeds.

4Pour honey mixture over all.

5Put in oven at 300° for 10 minutes; take out and stir.

6Repeat every 10 minutes for 45 minutes.

7When cool, add 1 3/4 cups of raisins or any dry fruit and coconut.
